not to talk to them. And having attracted their attention,
what we need to do to sell to them.
We will look at the way our customers want to be contacted and how frequently and analyse the best ways of meeting their expectations in the most cost (and profit) effective ways. E-commerce, telesales or face to face via retail stores or field-sales forces.
The outputs of this part of our planning are costed timetables of activity to make the most effective use of our sales and marketing budgets.
